Delivery service and charges depend on the product, delivery address and access to your property. Your order confirmation identifies the service, final delivery charge and expected shipping window before payment.
Standard shipping delivers to the carrier's normal delivery point. Curbside freight delivers to an accessible curbside location and does not include indoor placement, unpacking, installation or assembly. Any additional service must be included in your approved quote.
Measure doorways, stairs and the intended installation space before ordering. Gazebos need a suitable foundation; saunas and fireplaces may need professional electrical or installation work.
Inspect packaging when your delivery arrives, note visible damage on the carrier receipt and keep photographs and packaging. Report damage promptly so we can arrange a resolution. If we cannot meet the agreed shipping date, we will provide an updated date and the option to accept the delay or cancel unshipped merchandise for a refund.
