Home Retreat Direct offers products for the home, outdoor living and personal wellness. Prices are shown in US dollars. The price displayed for your selected model or finish includes any active product discount; delivery charges and applicable taxes are confirmed separately.
Submitting an order requests an availability and delivery review. No payment is collected at submission. The team confirms the exact items, final amount and delivery service before sending payment instructions. Payment should be made only through the approved channel in those instructions.
Special-order items are sourced for your approved order. Do not schedule installation until your delivery date is confirmed. Product dimensions, installation requirements and included components appear on each listing; decorative items in styled photographs are excluded unless expressly listed.
You may cancel an unpaid request. After payment, cancellation and return eligibility depend on whether sourcing, shipment or agreed custom work has started; the returns policy explains the standard conditions. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Products must be installed, operated and maintained according to their instructions. Electrical, gas, structural or foundation work may require qualified professionals and local permits. Product photography may vary in appearance with lighting and screen settings.
If a product or pricing error affects an order request, we will explain the correction before payment and allow you to accept it or cancel. These terms apply alongside the delivery, returns, privacy and product warranty information available on this website.
