Request a return within 30 days of delivery using your order number and contact details. Products must be unused, uninstalled and complete, with the original packaging and accessories. Obtain return authorization before sending merchandise back.
Installed or assembled gazebos, installed saunas or fireplaces, and custom or made-to-order products are excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not affect remedies for damage, defects, incorrect items or rights provided by applicable law.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the actual return shipping charge. Original delivery or installation services already completed are not refundable. We do not add a restocking fee to an eligible return received in its original condition.
After an authorized return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Unpaid order requests may be cancelled without a payment refund being needed.
